Warranty Conditions

 

The following problems are covered under our One Year Plumbing Warranty:

  1. Outlets not working
  2. Lights not working
  3. Breakers tripping
  4. Phones not working
  5. Cable jacks not working

 

The following items are NOT covered under our One Year Plumbing Warranty

  1. GFI’s tripping – press the reset button
  2. Blown light bulbs
  3. Light fixtures broken *
    * Note: Messina Plumbing & Electric does not supply the original lighting fixtures used in new construction homes. If there is a problem with a light fixture, we will repair it, and the customer or builder will be billed for materials and labor.
